Hey everyone! now that summer is on the way it's time to brace ourselves for the unbearable heat. But no need to worry anymore as the latest solar shirts are on their way to the market. A city-based scientist has come up with the concept of a "solar summer shirt" which will come with with inbuilt solar cells and fans to keep the wearer cool during hot days. according to Gon Choudary the shirt will have two layers, one of which will have two to four small "fans" which will work on solar energy. The size of these miniature fans will be smaller than those found inside a computer. If you think this is all the shirt can do then think again because it is supposed to produce 400 watts of energy with the help of solar cells whose size will vary from 2.5 inches to 3 inches. This can be used charge electronic gadgets like mobiles,tablets and other devices. When asked about the price scientist Gon stated that it would cost between Rs1200 to Rs1600.
